Shipping and Returns Policy
International Shipping & Duties
When ordering & importing your SwingBuddy from outside of the UK then taxes & duties may be applicable prior to your SwingBuddy being delivered.
Our delivery partner will contact you (the customer) directly via email with instructions on how to pay these.
We are unable to view, amend or handle these charges in any way.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay these charges.
Failure to pay in a reasonable timeframe (usually 5 days but varies by country) will result in your package being returned to us.
Should this occur then either –
1.) The product can be shipped again at additional shipping cost to the purchaser.
2.) A refund can be issued minus shipping & handling costs.
Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. However depending on order time, holidays and weekends (Royal Mail does not collect packages after 17:00 Mon-Fri, after 10:00 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays & Bank Holidays) this may take longer.

Please note – Customs may delay packages, this is outside of the control of SwingBuddy & the Courier. Most customs delays are caused by non-payment of duties by the customer.

Returns & refunds
Should you need to return your SwingBuddy for any reason please contact Sales@SwingBuddy.co.uk
We reserve the right to request the return of the product in question when an exchange or refund is requested. In this case you (the customer) will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping to return your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds/exchanges will not be fulfilled until the original product is received by us.
Any refunds given will be for the product cost only. Any shipping costs associated with the initial purchase will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Personalised Products
Personalised Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
